Hall bookings

How to make a booking

Using the calendar below, simply choose the date you would like to book for and check that it is available

Click on the '+' icon on that day and complete the online booking process.

Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions

You will receive an email acknowledging your booking request. Short after (may take a couple of days) you will receive an invoice and confirmation of your booking (subject to payment being received).


BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE MADE ON LINE.

Hall Booking Rates

Hall Hire with kitchen for refreshments
Standard Rate - £16
Regular Bookings - £13

Hall Hire with kitchen for meals
Standard Rate - £20
Regular Bookings - £16

Please note that an additional deposit of £50 will be added to all invoices which is refundable upon the hall being left in a satisfactory condition as per our terms and conditions.

Unless other agreed in writing all invoices are to be Paid in ADVANCE.

IMPORTANT
Please note that email enquiries regarding bookings will not result in the hall confirmation. All bookings will be confirmed by an email from our Hallmaster Booking System and should show on the calendar below. If you beleive you have made a booking that is not showing please contact us at treasurer@theriverside.org.uk
