Kitchen Conditions of Hire

  1. PLEASE ensure that at least ONE person using the kitchen facilities for meals, is certified in the necessary hygiene requirements.
  1. PLEASE ensure the use of all the kitchen equipment is returned to it’s rightful storage space, clean and in good order. Should accidents happen with plates etc, please report them to the Riverside Centre Committee via the post box.
  1. PLEASE follow all the instruction on the use of the various cooking and cleaning items, namely the DISHWASHER, GAS COOKER, ELECTRIC OVEN and WARMING OVEN. A fridge is provided for your use, however any foods left after hire will be discarded. Keep a record of the temperature when used and report any malfunctions experienced.
  1. It is the Committee’s intention to provide the best facilities, for  the hirer, so that they can benefit from using the Riverside Centre. PLEASE let the Riverside Centre Committee know of any items/equipment etc, that you feel should be provided.
